Rosie Fund Breakfast

The Rosie Fund will host their seventh annual Rosie Breakfast from 8 to 10 a.m. on Saturday, March 3.

The Rosie Fund will host their seventh annual Rosie Breakfast from 8 to 10 a.m. on Saturday, March 3, at the Majestic Theatre.

This year's theme is "Winning Within -- Impossible Life Events with I'm Possible Results". The speaker will be Victor Pacini who will take you on a journey that will teach you how obstacles and problems can be overcome and ultimately utilized as lessons for personal growth.

Proceeds from the breakfast will help provide Rosie Fund Grants to local organizations. Through these grants, the Center of Hope, John R. Tate Advocacy Center, KC-CASA and Harbor House have provided much needed assistance for women in our community.

As hard as they try, some women are unable to achieve their personal goals as they fall "between the cracks" of assistance from agency services. Working to alleviate that problem and help women, The Rosie Fund was established in 2004. It is chartered through the Community Foundation of Kankakee River Valley.

Tickets are $25 each and include a buffet breakfast. To register, please contact Nicole at 815-939-1611.
