Lamaze class

A certified Lamaze instructor covers the topics of relaxation, breathing techniques, visual imagery, focal points, normal labor and birth, caesarean birth, and other variations of labor during Weekend Warrior Lamaze Class from 6 to 10 p.m. on Friday, February 24, and from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, February 25, at Delaplace Suites A & B. A tour of the Family Birthing Center at Provena St. Mary's Hospital is included. Fee is $50. For registration, call 815-935-BABY (2229) or go to www.provena.org/stmarys.

New Parents

The Family Birthing Center at Provena St. Mary's Hospital will present a "Baby Makes Three" class from 7 to 9 p.m. on Thursday, February 23, in Birthing Center Stork Room. The class shares information and advice for new parents. There is no charge.
