The Will County Sheriff's Office reported the following recent incidents.

A Verizon employee reported on January 31 that someone entered the cell tower property at 25545 S. Cedar Road in Manhattan and stole a copper grounding bar, valued at $1,500.

James Howard, 35, of the 800 block of N. Center in Joliet, was arrested January 31 at W. Colorado and S. LaGrange in Frankfort. He was cited for driving while his license was suspended.

Jevgenijus Alfimovas, 39, of the 14400 block of Lake Ridge in Orland Park, was arrested February 1 at Delaney and S. Schoolhouse in Manhattan. He was cited for disobeying a traffic control device after he blew a stop sign and struck another vehicle in the intersection. No one was seriously injured.
