Website Help Below is a list of frequently asked questions about the Russell Publications website: What is the Russell Publications website? The Russell Publications website is the official online source for news, features, and information from our newspapers in Northeast Illinois. It is the online counterpart of Russell Publications' print media. Why can't I read all of the stories from my newspaper? The website features only some of content from the newspapers we publish. In order to read a whole newspaper, pick it up at your local newsstand or subscribe to the paper here. Why does Internet Explorer block the time and date, or display a warning on the information bar? Internet Explorer blocks many Java scripts and ActiveX controls for security reasons. To fix this, right click on the information bar that appears at the top of the window, and select "Allow blocked content." The site should then work normally. I don't have an email client (Outlook, Thunderbird, etc). How can I get in touch with Russell Publications? Our contact page has a form you can use to send us questions and comments. The text on your website is too small and/or difficult for me to read. What can I do? Most web browsers have a 'zoom' function (in the View tab) that lets you make text bigger or smaller. While this tool will allow you to read our content, making the text too large may result in distortion. I want to change my subscription information. Can I do it online? Yes. |
