Saundra Heuring

Saundra S. Heuring, 69, of Bourbonnais died Friday, February 17, 2012, at Riverside Medical Center in Kankakee.

She was born December 21, 1942, in Mattoon, the daughter of Lucien Galloy and Jean Hampton. She was employed at Phillips 66 station in Peotone and enjoyed gardening.

Mrs. Heuring is survived by five sons, Benny Hill of Huntland, Tenn., Robert Crower of Lillian, Ala., James (Irene) Hill of Knox, Ind., Richard (LeAnn) Heuring of Watseka and Brian (Lisa) Heuring of Stenton, Mich.; eight grandchildren, Christine Eldridge, Anthony Hill, Benny Hill Jr., Melissa Hill, Samantha Heuring, Jacob Heuring, Owen Heuring and Andrew Heuring; six sisters, Evelyn (Steve) Lemar, Brenda (David) Cameron, Gail (Bob) Brown, Geraldine Wygant, Shari Wygant and Robin Wygant; and four brothers, Larry Jenkins, Alan (Shirley) Gilbert, Mike Harvey and Tom (Ann) Kite.

Visitation 10 a.m. until hour of services at 1 p.m., Wednesday, February 22, at Clancy-Gernon Funeral Home in Bourbonnais. Burial in Mound Grove Cemetery in Kankakee. Memorials may be made to Riverside Medical Center's Fifth Floor ICU.
